Withdraw from or cancel your order

You don't need an account to use this form. We will email you a confirmation showing your request and the date we received it.

Gift vouchers: you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as the voucher hasn't been used.

Wall art: you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase, as long as your print hasn't gone into production. Once it's in production, it can't be cancelled or returned.

Albums and coffee table books: these are made to your specifications, so the EU 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply. You can still cancel:

• Before you receive your first album draft: full refund.
• After your draft is sent: refund less a €40 design fee. You keep the design, and the fee comes off a new order placed within 3 months.
• After you approve your design: the order can't be cancelled.
